💸 How and When You’ll Get Paid as a Seller on HORSED

Sold something on HORSED? Amazing! 🎉 Now let’s get you paid. Here’s exactly how (and when) the money lands in your account — securely and stress-free.

📝 💷Step-by-Step: How Seller Payments Work

  1. Make a Sale 🎊
    When a buyer purchases your item, HORSED securely holds the payment until delivery is confirmed.

  2. Mark Your Item as Shipped
    Once your item is packaged and on its way, your item will automatically be marked as shipped when the courier marks your item as received.

  3. Wait for Delivery Confirmation
    The buyer has 48 hours after delivery to mark the item as “As Expected”.
    If they don’t, the order is automatically completed at the end of the 48-hour window.

  4. Payment is Released to You
    Once the item is confirmed (or auto-confirmed), your payment is processed and sent to your HORSED wallet

  5. Check Your Balance
    Go to your Profile - right on the bottom tab. Select balance to view your balance and track your payment history. You can leave the funds in your HORSED wallet to spend on things across the app. Alternatively if you want to withdraw the funds to your bank account; click the button below your balance, complete the simple stripe sign up (this keeps all of your bank details secure) - you only have to do this the first time you withdraw funds. You will then be able to withdraw funds to your bank account really quickly.
