📝 Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Log into your HORSED app
   

2. Browse or Search for Items
   Use the search bar or filter by category, brand, size, or price to find exactly what you’re after.

3. Check the Listing Details 🔍
   Tap the item to:

   • View more photos

   • Read the description

   • Check condition, size, and brand

   • See the seller’s rating and profile

4. Ready to Buy? Tap “Buy Now”
   You’ll be taken to the secure checkout screen to confirm your delivery address and payment method.

5. If you love the item but not the price

   Send the seller a offer. Be realistic on the price and if you want to explain your offer you can click ‘ask seller’ and send them a message over with your offer as well.

6. Pay Safely Through HORSED 🔐
   You can pay through entering your card details - don’t worry these aren’t stored on the app so they will only automate if they are saved on your phone. Apple pay, use your HORSED wallet or Klarna for those larger purchases.

7. Get Notified When It Ships 📦
   You’ll receive updates as soon as the item is received by the courier. You can track progress from your orders page.

8. Confirm the Item on Arrival
   Once it arrives, log in to mark it as "As Expected" or raise an issue if needed. After 48 hours, the transaction is completed automatically.
