How-To Guide: Tracking Your Order
Once your seller has posted the item, you’ll want to keep an eye on where it is. HORSED makes that easy:
1. Find Your Tracking Link:
Go to your chat with the seller.
You’ll see a tracking link provided by HORSED when you purchase a item. Once the item is posted this will update on the tracking link and you will get a message in the HORSED app.
2. Understand Posting Timelines:
Sellers are given 5 days to post the item.
We automatically remind them during this time to avoid delays.
3. Delivery Expectations:
Most couriers deliver in 2–3 working days.
However, if the item is posted after the daily cut-off, it may take a little longer.
4. What If It’s Delayed?
Wait 5 working days after the “posted” mark.
If the item hasn’t arrived, contact support@horsed.co.uk or use the Support section in the app.
